Privacy Policy
NorthFlow Automation ("NorthFlow", "we", "us") is an automation service for local businesses in Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website and in our business conversations, why we collect it, and what choices you have. We handle personal information in line with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and the Canadian Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).

What we collect
When you contact us through this website or by email, phone or in person, we may collect your name, business name, phone number, email address, type of business, and the details you choose to share about your work. If you book a meeting, we also keep the date, time and notes from that meeting.
We do not use advertising trackers on this website. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may log your IP address as part of normal browser requests. We do not add other third-party tracking scripts. If we add analytics in future, we will update this page first.
Why we collect it
We use your information to reply to your inquiry, arrange and follow up on meetings, prepare a proposal, carry out a project you agree to, and keep a record of our conversations. We do not use your information for purposes you have not been told about without your consent.
Information you give us about your customers
If we build a workflow for your business, that workflow may process your customers' names, contact details and job information. In that case we act as a service provider to you. We process that information only to build and run the agreed workflow, under the written agreement for your project, and we do not use it for our own marketing. You remain responsible for having the right to share that information with us.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us run the business, such as email hosting, website hosting, form handling and our accounting tools. These providers may only use the information to provide their service to us. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
Consent and electronic messages
We send commercial electronic messages only where we have your consent, either express consent (for example, you asked us to contact you) or implied consent (for example, you contacted us about our services). Every message we send identifies NorthFlow Automation and includes a way to unsubscribe. If you no longer want to hear from us, reply with "unsubscribe" or email us, and we will stop within ten business days.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry information for up to two years after our last contact, unless you become a client or ask us to delete it sooner. For a project, we keep project records for the period the agreement and applicable law require.
How we protect it
We use reasonable safeguards for the size of our business, including access limited to people who need the information, password-protected accounts and secure hosting providers. No system is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive financial or health information through this website or by email.
Your rights
You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, withdraw your consent, or ask us to delete it, subject to legal and contractual limits. To make a request, email khachikbabaians@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and may ask you to confirm your identity first.
If you believe we have not handled your information properly, you can contact us first. You may also contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

This website is for business owners and is not directed to anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed. Material changes will be posted on this page.
